June availability
We have space for all dates, although we are filling up on weekends a few days in advance.
July 1 weekend
We are closed to Humans on July 1. Regular hours apply to all other days around the holiday.
As with all our holiday weekends, a minimum of two nights is required.
Air conditioning
Yes, the building is air conditioned. Thermostat is set for 18 degrees. It both keeps the dogs cool and dries them up faster from the morning dew and forays into the pool.
Bordetella
Warmer weather brings Kennel cough/Bordetella. While we have yet to see a case this season it is inevitable. It really is like a common cold for dogs and not dangerous on it’s own, it is extraordinarily contagious and annoying. Dogs don’t cough pretty.
There is not much we can do about it given the social nature of what we do. However if your dog is coughing, best not to bring it.
