End of July update

Typically the last two weeks of July and the first two weeks of August are the busiest of the year.

We are currently full until August 13.

There is the occasional cancellation. If you are interested in any dates before August 13, email us.

There is space for all dates at the moment after August 13.

Hours

A reminder: Please be aware of our hours. There is a detailed page for hours and the “Why” the way they are. We still seem to have a steady stream of people not understanding hours.

If you are going to be 15 minutes late or early, just let us know and we can usually accommodate. If you are more than 30 minutes late, it is typically a no. If you arrive early, we will deal with you when we can – often that is when we are most likely moving dogs in and out.

Contact

As stated on the contact page, email remains the best way to get a hold of us. Period. All staff can see it on all devices. The phone is with me and if I am not at the kennel I may not be able to reply to a text message in a timely manner if I don’t know the answer – and I definitely can’t put a reservation in.

We use Facebook primarily to display photos and some timely notices. We do not respond to Facebook messages or check them in a timely manner. Email us.

Christmas

We will require a minimum 4 day/$160 reservation; like last year a $100 non refundable deposit will be required. There is a link to our deposit policy under reservations.

We will open Sunday morning 8-10am on December 24.
